Social Media Specialist
Janeile was born and raised in Toledo, Ohio. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Toledo (Go Rockets!) in 2001 with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, and later obtained a Web Design Certificate from Owens Community College. She was bitten by the social media bug while doing sales and customer training for a small email marketing company. In 2009, Janeile started her own digital marketing company, Zig !t Marketing, and helped launch Toledo Social Media Breakfast with a few others to help area organizations learn more about social media and how to use it.
Outside of being engrossed in the digital arena, Janeile loves to cook random, weird meals she finds on Pinterest, watch natural hair videos on YouTube for inspiration, volunteer at her church, and spend time with friends and family. She has been with Weaving Influence since 2014.
Client Services Director
Amy Driehorst has first-hand experience with the power and influence of social media after she won a $30,000 kitchen makeover contest on Facebook in 2009.
With a degree in Business Administration and a career in retail management, Amy enjoys introducing Weaving Influence clients to the benefits of social media, and using her strengths of writing to help get conversations started through various social media channels. Her analytical side loves to crunch the numbers to see the results of her effort, which makes her a fantastic asset to the Weaving Influence team.
Wife to one, mom of four, and full-time Alzheimer’s caregiver for her mother, Amy jumped off the corporate ladder 15 years ago, taking a less stressful path in retail so that her family could be her focus. She is active in the PTO, leads two Girl Scout troops, and founded a non-profit organization to raise funds for a special project for the schools. Her family enjoys long weekends discovering their great state of Michigan, nightly dinners gathered around the table, and family movie nights.
Kristin Elliott joined Weaving Influence in the fall of 2016, as a social media strategist for Hometown Reads. A native of Houston, Texas, Kristin has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Baylor University. Her extensive background in social media implementation, blog management, and advertising make her a great fit for the Hometown Reads team. Her interest in connecting people across different cultures, backgrounds, and life stages propels her creativity.

Her favorite things to do – what make her happiest – are volunteering and doing things for others! Amanda currently fosters baby animals for the local human society. In the past, she has also been a “cuddler” in the NICU at the local hospital. She hopes to resume doing that again in the near future. She also enjoys spending time with her husband, John, and their three teenagers, Nicholas, Jacob, and Sydney.
Social Media Specialist & Copy Editor
Elizabeth Johnson is an author and blogger with firsthand knowledge of the power of social sharing. Her first book, Touching the Hem: a Biblical Response to Physical Suffering, was published in May 2013 and has found its main audience through social networking. As a blogger, she is constantly learning new ways to improve online interaction and expand her online influence. Getting to promote other authors across social media for Weaving Influence feels like second-nature to her, and is more fun than any job should be.
Besides writing, Elizabeth enjoys reading a wide variety of genres, dabbling in creative pursuits, exploring the outdoors, savoring good coffee, and learning about whatever sparks her curiosity. She and her husband recently moved to a small town in western Wyoming, where the elevation is more than twice the population and the number of antelope is higher than the average daily humidity.
James Johnson is a man of diverse interests and abilities, one of which is being a “code head” who enjoys coding websites, web-applications, and desktop applications. He started programming at the age of 8 and hasn’t stopped since. Where others thrive on English syntax, he thrives on programming language syntax with a drive not just to code and deliver a product, but to code and deliver a product that is correct.
James completed his Master’s of Divinity degree in 2015, and is now ministering in a small church plant in Wyoming as well as serving as an officer in the United States Army National Guard. Besides the dedication he brings from military service, his years of service as an Emergency Medical Technician for a variety of services also gives him the ability to work under pressure.
His other interests include history, science, model trains, and gardening. He is blessed to be married to a woman who is understanding, a great cook, and his completer.
Book Launch Assistant
Joanna originally joined the Weaving Influence Team in 2012 until 2014, and then rejoined the team at the end of 2015. Joanna has an undergraduate degree in Language Arts from Seattle Pacific University, and a Master’s of Arts in Liberal Arts from St. John’s College in Annapolis, Maryland. In the past, her work with Weaving Influence included book launch tasks, Team Buzz Builder, Lead Change Group facilitator, accounts receivable, and miscellaneous other tasks; but she is happy to be back and taking on the simplified role of Book Launch Assistant.
Although she is a Colorado native, Joanna currently resides in Katy, Texas, where she remains steadfast in her devotion to the Denver Broncos despite the pressure to convert to a Texan or a Cowboy. She enjoys spending time with her wonderful husband, homeschooling and playing along with her daughter’s vivid imagination, trying to keep her toddler son from riding the rocking horse down the stairs, and preparing for baby #3 to be born in early 2016. When she has time to be a grown-up she appreciates a good Thai restaurant, a tasty cup of coffee, and of course, a good book.

Margy Kerr-Jarrett was one of the original Weaving Influence employees when Becky founded the company in 2012. In July of 2015, Margy re-joined as Web Project Manager. Carrie joined the Weaving Influence contracting team in May 2012 and was the Book Launch Director until June 2016, when she stepped down in order to focus on the needs of her growing family. During her time as Director, Carrie was responsible for managing and implementing the details of every Weaving Influence book launch. She now assists as a Writer and Consultant with the Weaving Influence team, and remains grateful for the opportunity to work from home. A Christ-following INTJ – and self-proclaimed work-in-progress – Carrie is a fan of culture, coffee, large libraries, Parisian cafés, Indian curry, British mystery shows, and her passport, and she loves living life outside of the box. Fortunately her husband feels the same, and together they have lived and worked throughout southern and eastern Africa, southeast Asia, and Alaska. Her Bucket List Dream: Buy an apartment in Paris. Find her on Twitter @CGKoens or connect with her on LinkedIn.
Heather Manning joined the Weaving Influence/ Hometown Reads team in August of 2016. She specializes in outreach and social media administration for Hometown Reads, and she approaches her work through the author’s point of view – because she is one. Heather is the author of two best-selling novels, Swept to Sea and Carried Home, and she is currently writing her third. She is an active member of her local American Christian Fiction Writers chapter and she volunteers at her church. Currently, she is a performing arts major and Scholars Program student at Stephens College in Columbia, Missouri, but her heart still lies in Kansas City, Missouri.
Heather is a huge fan of musical theatre, anything and everything Disney-related – in fact, she aspires to work at Disney World one day. In her spare time, Heather can be found hunting down donuts, researching history, and thrift shopping at a local Goodwill store.

Lead Graphic Designer
Rachel’s love for art began at a young age. Rather than playing with toys, she was painting and drawing. She drove her parents crazy by doodling on everything, including their favorite magazines (she probably should have let them read them first). When she discovered that she could make a living off her passion, there was no turning back. After receiving her B.F.A. in graphic design, she spent almost a decade working for various corporations before she decided to say goodbye to the typical nine-to-five office life. She joined the Weaving Influence team in 2013 where she gets to continue to practice graphic design while serving her family. As she tries to master the balancing act of work and family, she also squeezes in some alone time by running, painting, reading, or gardening.
