Weaving Influence Leaders

Beau Sides considers himself one of the most blessed people on earth today. He is the President and Founder of Global Partners in Life (GPiL), a non-profit organization that helps children, adolescents, and young adults in China with educational, humanitarian, and medical needs. On April 30th of 2017, Global Partners in Life will celebrate thirteen years of giving for the purpose of enabling young lives to prosper. Beau has taken over 50 trips to China to serve orphans and orphanages through GPiL.

Before Global Partners in Life, Beau served in leadership roles in the corporate world, which allowed him to enrich and impact the lives of those around him. Having been in leadership roles with huge companies like IBM through starting a small profit, Beau feels he has gained a great perspective on the impact leadership can have globally. Besides building processes and teams, building up people and building relationships was and still is his life’s mission.

For over eighteen years, Beau has studied leadership with a group of men led by world-renowned leadership expert Mark Miller. This group has enabled Beau to learn, grow, and apply the best practices of leadership for almost two decades.

Beau avoids the temptation to just tell a story; rather, he chooses the more powerful path – he takes us there.

~ Mark Miller, Vice President of High Performance Leadership
