Complimentary webinar with Nate Regier

Conflict Isn’t The Problem

The  misuse of conflict energy may be the biggest energy crisis facing our world

Next Element Co-Founder and CEO, Nate Regier discusses  how drama costs the US workforce over $350 billion per year in lost productivity, absenteeism, passive-aggressive behavior, and wasted energy.  Drama-based organizations and relationships operate at a fraction of their capacity. In a global relationship-based economy, we can’t afford to misuse energy in this way. Alternatively, cultures of compassionate accountability leverage the energy of conflict to create rather than destroy, and realize tremendous new potential.

During this interactive interview, learn:

  • How to detect and decode drama in yourself and others.
  • How conflict can be a creative force.
  • Three core competencies for compassionate accountability.
  • The formula for compassionate conflict.
