Virtual events are helpful for building momentum and interest in your book. They also help as you connect with your existing networks and build your audience.
We highly recommend authors invest in a Virtual Launch Party (VLP) because it can drive momentum for sales, reviews, and social sharing. It brings people together on your launch day and gives you the opportunity to reinforce ways people can support you.
Weaving Influence can support every aspect of your Virtual Launch Party, including:
- Emcee and chat host services: Our CEO, Becky Robinson, will serve as the emcee to ensure the event runs smoothly and to keep the conversation flowing. Our marketing services manager will serve as the chat host to keep your guests engaged throughout the event. Your party will be hosted on Zoom.
- Personalized email copy for you to invite your network.
- Personalized social media posts to use on your active channels to promote your event.
- Custom-designed graphic with your photo, book cover, and date/time of your party to include in your emails and social posts.
- A planning meeting with our team to discuss the goals of your event and any special guests you plan to include. A detailed Run of Show will be provided.

We can also repurpose your VLP footage into short video clips, using key sections of your event, to share on social media, blogs, and emails. We will provide email copy with the link to the recording of your event and calls-to-action to send as a follow-up to your event.
Webinars
We specialize in creating and implementing webinars, and our proven process has led to hundreds of successful webinars, creating an engaging and impactful experience for our clients and their target audiences.
When you partner with Weaving Influence, you’ll benefit from our deep experience and thorough process:
Step 1: Research and Content Development
Our work together begins with a strategy call, where we’ll discuss your target audience and develop content that is relevant and valuable. Our team will gather all the necessary information, including your bio and a headshot.
Once the webinar content has been finalized and approved, our team will work with you to optimize your webinar experience by helping you decide what style of webinar would best fit your goals, in addition to training you on any tech required for your webinar.
This is also where we finalize decisions on interactive elements, such as live polls and Q&A discussion questions.
Step 2: Marketing
The success of your webinar has a direct relationship to your marketing, so we suggest a timeline of eight weeks to allow for proper marketing to both your audience and ours.
During this time, we will create a landing page to drive registrations, create on-brand social graphics, and give recommendations (with templates) on how to easily market across all your digital platforms. We’ll also engage our networks to drive registrations and increase your webinar signups.
Step 3: Delivery
On the day of the webinar, our team is there to ensure that everything runs smoothly—from tech and recording, to facilitation and audience management.
Step 4: Follow-Up
Following the webinar, you’ll have lifetime access to the webinar recording, which you can use for future marketing efforts, and you will receive all registrant and attendee information, including names and email addresses, as well as chat logs.
