Becky Robinson, Founder & CEO
Becky brings unmatched expertise to Weaving Influence’s clients around publishing, book marketing, and book launches, drawing on her experience supporting more than 250 book launches since 2012. She is the award-winning author of Reach: Create the Biggest Possible Audience for Your Message, Book, or Cause and the co-author of Beyond the Politics of Contempt: Practical Steps to Build Positive Relationships in Divided Times. Becky is also the host of The Book Marketing Action Podcast, one of the most popular book marketing podcasts available, and teaches book marketing strategy through 1:1 sessions and a live course.
Amy Driehorst, COO
Amy is a versatile team leader with a demonstrated history of success in operational management and people development. She’s guided the operational growth of Weaving Influence for more than 10 years and leverages her extensive background in operational management and leadership to constantly improve processes and systems in service of our clients, team members, and partners.

Wendy Haan, Marketing Services Manager
Wendy is a marketing strategist who collaborates with authors—including several bestsellers—to bring their book launches to life. At Weaving Influence, she leads virtual webinars and launch events and helps clients create websites that reflect their unique voices and goals.
Aubrey Pastorek, Senior Account Manager
Aubrey serves as a Senior Account Manager, where she partners with clients to bring their marketing and book launch goals to life. She coordinates across teams to ensure each campaign runs smoothly and deliverables are met with excellence. Aubrey is passionate about building strong client relationships, providing clear communication, and helping authors and thought leaders amplify their impact through cohesive, results-driven marketing.
Kelly Edmiston, Senior Account Manager
Kelly supports authors through the entire book launch process with her strategic account management, specializing in mobilizing their networks and building impactful launch teams. She coaches authors on how to best influence bestseller opportunities and secure Amazon reviews, ultimately increasing visibility, media coverage, and opportunities for growth and success.
Isabel Thornton, Senior Social Media Specialist and Internal Marketing Coordinator
Isabel is a social media expert with several years of experience creating content, developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing online communities, and analyzing performance to support new marketing initiatives. In tandem with building our clients’ social channels, she spearheads all internal marketing initiatives to help grow Weaving Influence.
Stephanie Jordan, Graphic Designer
Stephanie manages a variety of design tasks for Weaving Influence, bringing her depth of experience to create engaging, branded designs for social media, launch promotion, content marketing, and print collateral. Her work ranges from social media quotes and endorsement graphics to sample chapters and Amazon A+ graphics. Stephanie also supports event promotion with launch party designs and webinar graphics.
Russ Hawkins, Audio and Video Editor
Russ is an integral part of the design team at Weaving Influence, supporting both website and graphic design. He also manages the production and editing of The Book Marketing Action Podcast, ensuring each episode is expertly crafted to reach and engage target audiences.
Carrie Koens, Marketing Content Editor
Carrie leads proofreading and editing, ensuring all messages are clearly communicated to the intended audience, whether through a website, blog post, newsletter, lead magnet, or social media. She’s also our in-house Goodreads librarian and is happiest working behind the scenes to make others shine.
Public Relations
Laura Finch, Public Relations Strategist
Laura oversees PR efforts at Weaving Influence, identifying key opportunities for clients to win earned media. She is a multimedia journalist with experience in TV, radio, print and web, and loves pairing with visionaries to amplify their message.
Trenae Williams, Public Relations Specialist
Trenae is a versatile and results-driven public relations professional who specializes in storytelling, creativity, and strategic communication. She supports our clients by crafting compelling pitches and press releases to generate media interest and proactively seeks and secures media placements in print, online, and podcasts. She additionally creates comprehensive press kits and develops and implements strategic media plans to enhance our clients’ visibility and reputation.

Lori Weidert, Publishing Specialist
Lori leads our authors through the book production process. She works closely with authors, expertly navigating and executing each stage—copyediting, design, typesetting, print-on-demand setup, and epub conversion—to transform their manuscripts into published books.
Sydney Spencer, Copyeditor
Sydney is a copyeditor with a degree in journalism and a certificate in technical writing and editing. She has worked in a variety of settings, including universities, and she loves editing writing that is aimed at improving the world and helping others.
Rachel Royer, Senior Cover and Interior Book Designer
Rachel, a senior graphic designer at Weaving Influence, develops engaging and expertly crafted creative, including book covers, sample chapters, and design layouts. She utilizes her years of design experience to ensure all creative is on-brand and aligns with our clients’ goals and objectives.
Lawna Oldfield, Cover and Interior Book Designer
With decades of experience in typesetting and book design, Lawna possesses a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually captivating and well-structured designs. Specializing in print and digital book layouts, she focuses on delivering aesthetically compelling designs that are both functional and user-friendly. Lawna takes pride in perfecting typography, spacing, and overall design, ensuring that every project achieves both functionality and visual impact.

Jacqueline Treloar, Senior Developer
Jacqueline is a senior developer with extensive experience in custom web development and technical problem-solving. She specializes in building, maintaining, and optimizing websites, ensuring each one performs reliably and integrates seamlessly with third-party tools. Juliet brings over a decade of design and art direction experience to the Weaving Influence team. She specializes in graphic and website design, translating our clients’ brands and goals into compelling visual concepts. She produces high-quality design work to support book launches and ongoing marketing partnerships, meeting client specifications and effectively communicating key messages.
Operations
Kristin Gann, Client Relationship Coordinator
Kristin partners directly with the CEO in building client relationships by understanding their needs and helping align company offerings with clients’ overarching goals. Using her interpersonal skills and strong communication, she cultivates these important relationships and ensures that Weaving Influence’s core values shine in every interaction. Kristin also supports the COO in maintaining daily business operations. Her expertise is utilized to assist in financial processes, human resources initiatives, and project setup.
Molly Kellie, Shipping Clerk & Office Assistant
Molly oversees the management of the Weaving Influence office, handling all shipping and fulfillment on behalf of our clients and the company. She also maintains the office’s organization, stays up-to-date on company emails, and tracks all book launches.
