By Ronit Ziv-Kreger (editor)

Discover the power of wonder in this guide to living with depth, joy, and meaning!

This book is more than just inspiration–it’s a roadmap to embracing life fully, even in moments of uncertainty. Science confirms what wisdom has always taught us: experiencing awe and wonder, even briefly, enhances our well-being, deepens our connections, and builds resilience. This collection is a much-needed guide for weaving wonder into daily life, offering stories and insights from some of the most brilliant minds and soulful thinkers of our time.

Among them, the renowned psychologist, author, and Holocaust survivor Dr. Edith Eger describes wonder as a lifeline in times of turmoil: “In the face of trauma and despair, wonder becomes a lifeline, reminding us that beauty exists even in darkness. It shifts our focus from what we have lost to what is still possible, opening our hearts to connection and hope as an active choice.” This book is your invitation to embrace life more fully, with wisdom and curiosity guiding the way.
