Sara Taylor is a nationally recognized speaker, author, and consultant specializing in the practice of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. With 35 years of experience as a DEI practitioner, Sara balances real-life anecdotes with research-based theories to deliver for her reader what she delivers for her clients: “aha!” moments coupled with tangible strategies for practical application. Sought after as a thought leader in the field of Cultural Competence, Taylor adeptly explains complex concepts and theories with simple, straightforward language elucidated with real-world examples and stories. She is also known for the cultural competence tools, frameworks, and processes she has created to help individuals and organizations increase success and create greater effectiveness.
